I have decided to break away from using several 1099 employees that are working scattered hours, and convert over to having employees on the Telfonix.com team. This change will go into effect on 12/22/03, after each individual has gone through some additional training. This should help my team run more efficiently and stable, which will net better results for your practice. Here is the contact information for each employee and the responsibilities that they will be handling:
· Donna Abbruzzino My sister has just completed her training on coding and transcribing, at the local Vo-Tech in North Port, FL. She has been processing some claims for me, so she is familiar with the system. Donna will be working in the office from 8 5 Monday through Friday, after she completes her move (starts on 12/22/03). She will be your first point of contact, when you call into the Telfonix.com office at 904.543.8459. Furthermore, she will be processing the coding and the majority of SOAP notes, which are sent over to Telfonix.com. So, she will be your best point of contact when it comes to future coding.

· Jennifer Hooper She has been working with me for the last two months, typing up the majority of your SOAP notes. She will be working part-time (20-hours a week) and her main responsibility will be typing up the SOAP note, which are produced from our Telfonix.com templates. Her contact information is below:

· Myself I will continue to code, focus more on marketing/sales, account management, and developing my other business ventures. You can still contact me with any issues, but the preference is for you to give Donna a chance to resolve any issues. I will be in the same office as Donna, so you can just ask for me or you can try to contact me on my cellular at 904.705.7044. Since Donna will be busy coding and typing, you will probably continue to get me on the phone when you call in, unless I am on the road visiting customers/prospects.
· Lisa Abbruzzino My wife will continue to work behind the scenes, handling administrative functions (sending out your invoices, supplies, ect.).
